Everyday Natural/Organic Makeup

7 Sep 2016

I haven't shared many make-up looks recently on the blog so today I thought I'd share my up to date everyday makeup routine that features natural and organic products.
Natural and organic makeup look
Starting with the base, my all-time favourite foundation has to be the Sappho Organic Liquid Foundation. It's lightweight but still covers blemishes and evens out my skin tone without looking heavy at all. It leaves me with dewy skin and the ingredients are so good, it's like I'm treating my skin to skincare all day. I follow up with RMS Un Cover-up if I need it on any blemishes and my dark under eyes...both of these are holy grails for me!

I have been loving the 100% Pure Brow Powder Gel for my eyebrows which I apply with the EcoTools eyeliner brush. It's a lovely consistency and the perfect colour for my brows. To finish off my base I have been loving highlighters recently, especially the Ere Perez Cream Highlighter in Falling Star and my newest addition from the June Beauty Heroes box which is the Modern Minerals Cream Highlighter. Both are such pretty pearlescent colours and add that little bit of glow to my cheekbones.

To add a little bit of colour to my cheeks I've been reaching for the Avril Powder Blush in Praline which is a pretty dusky pink shade. I haven't really been wearing much eyeshadow, mostly just a little bit of eyeliner if I fancy it. I tend to just use a bit of black or dark brown eyeshadow (I particularly like Sappho eyeshadow and Neve Cosmetics palette). Finally, I finish off with some mascara and the two I've been using the most recently are the Avril mascara and one from Ere Perez which is an absolute b**** to get off but it's a pretty good mascara!

I don't tend to wear lipstick in the day to work, more so if I'm going out on a weekend or evening in which case I like nudes/pinks such as the Avril Lipstick in Poupee or the Beauty Counter Lip Sheer in Petal for a lovely wash of colour.
