La Bella Figura Beauty & Tea Party

31 Dec 2014

On Saturday I went to a Tea & Beauty Party with La Bella Figura, a green beauty brand from across the pond. The lovely co-founder Victoria was in London over Christmas and with the help of the CIV girls, they organised for a select few of us to have afternoon tea at Camellia's Tea House in London. Here are a few photos from the afternoon but as you can probably guess, there was a lot of green beauty talk and a lot of eating cake, so not many photos of the girls but it was so lovely to spend the day with Tamara, Lynda, Sabrina, Mayah, Victoria, Effy & Erin.
I chose the Chocolate Tea (they had about a billion to choose from!) and it was delicious. Sabrina & I had cream cheese & cucumber sandwiches as we both don't like salmon (yuk!), warm scones with clotted cream & jam and I chose Red Velvet as my cake....yum!

Not only did I leave with a full stomach...(mmmm cake!), Victoria very kindly gave us a few LBF treats which is so exciting as I'd heard so many great things about LBF but had never tried anything. And lucky for us UK girls, a few products are now available on Content Beauty with a few more gradually making their way onto the site next year too once the lengthy EU procedures have been sorted! We were all kindly gifted two samples; Barbary Fig Seed Oil (which comes from Tunisia!) and the Under Eye Repair Serum which is divine. Plus a full size Lissette la Coquette Hydrating Lip Colour which is a gorgeous deep red and 100% vegan!

We were told a few exclusives too from Victoria...LBF are re-branding and their new logo is absolutely stunning! They are also moving their studio to a much larger one as they make all of their own products and need more room! This also means that they are going to be making some brand new products which is so exciting..keep an eye on LBF as 2015 is going to be huge for them I can tell!

Happy New Year everyone!

Amber
