Natural & Organic Beauty Haul

27 Mar 2014

I was a bit naughty last week and placed two orders on different websites for some make-up and other beauty products. I thought I would share with you what I bought because I did get some bargains!

First stop was CutECOsmetics website as they were having a sale with some products half price! I had never heard of the website before but they sell Concrete Minerals and Rachel from All Natural Aspirations recommended the site so I blame her for my purchases ;)!

I bought the Bodhi Palmarosa Verde Bath & Shower Therapy for a bargain £10 (RRP £23)! I was over the moon to see Bodhi on their website at over half price but this was the only one I found that was in stock! They have loads of different scents and the body lotions too so it's worth checking out to see if any are back in stock! I haven't tried it yet but it smells delicious I'll probably keep it for special occasions!

I also found the Karora Self Tan Mist for only £3.35. I had never heard of this brand before but I do love me a bit of fake tan so I snapped this up and I'm glad I did! I tried it last night and it's more of a 'squirt' than a 'mist' but it rubs it smoothly, smells lovely (quite fruity!) & has given me a lovely hint of colour today!

I have never tried Ecotools before so I thought I would give them a go as they were over half price at £2.70 for the eyeshadow brush. At the minute I have one from ELF and they're pretty crap. This one is super fluffy and picks up a lot of the product and helps to blend in the eyeshadow too so I'm happy with this purchase! It comes in a super cool eco-pouch too which I love!

The last thing was a refill of a bronzer from Neve Cosmetics. I had seen that they do empty palettes and then you can buy refills to make your own personalised palette however the palette was out of stock so I just bought the one. I got the shade 'California' and it's a matte brown that goes very well with my skintone. I wore it last night out to dinner and was very impressed with the colour, texture & how long it lasted on my skin! It was only £1.98 too! I think I'll be going back for more of these as they do blushes and eyeshadows separately too!

My next purchase was of this beauty of a palette from Beauty Chamber that was £21.95. I had seen this on CutECOsmetics at half price but unfortunately it was out of stock however it was such a beauty that I couldn't not buy it so I found it elsewhere at full price and bought it!

As you can see I swatched a few of the shades and they're very pigmented, super smooth and I wore them out last night and I can say that they go on really well and stay put too. I have a really big issue with creasing on my lids but I used the shade in the middle of the top row as an all over colour/base and I was really impressed with the shades. This will now be my go-to palette for every day looks!
